2. Principles

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (nDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect and use only the data required to operate this website, to analyse its use and to respond to your enquiries.

3. Processing when you visit the website

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically records technical data in server log files that your browser transmits:

• IP address of the accessing device
• date and time of access
• page accessed and amount of data transferred
• browser type, operating system and referrer URL

This data serves solely to operate the website securely and reliably and to prevent misuse. No merging with other data or identification of individual persons takes place.

4. Hosting

This website is operated by a specialised hosting provider. The provider processes the data mentioned under point 3 on our behalf and solely for the purpose of providing the website. Processing may also take place on servers outside Switzerland and the EU; in that case we ensure an adequate level of protection through appropriate measures.

5. Cookies and web analytics (Google Analytics)

To improve our website, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics sets cookies (e.g. "_ga") that enable an analysis of how the website is used. Among other things, pages visited, time spent, source of the visit (referrer), approximate location (country, region), device type, browser and operating system are recorded.

Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. The data is aggregated into statistics. We cannot identify individual persons from it and do not merge it with other data. The data is deleted after the retention period set in Google Analytics (no more than 14 months).

Data may be transferred to servers of Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses also apply. Google processes the data on our behalf. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in evaluating and improving our offering (Art. 31 nDSG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

You can object to the collection by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser or by installing Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Beyond this, this website does not use marketing cookies.

6. Getting in touch

If you contact us by email, for example to request a demo, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, content of the enquiry) in order to handle your request. We do not pass this data on without your consent and retain it only for as long as is necessary to handle your request or as required by statutory retention periods.

7. Disclosure to third parties

Your data is disclosed to third parties only where this is necessary for the stated purposes, you have consented or we are legally obliged to do so. Any processors engaged (e.g. the hosting provider) are contractually bound to comply with data protection.

8. Data security

Transmission is encrypted via HTTPS (SSL/TLS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

9. Your rights

Within the scope of the applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of your personal data, as well as to data portability and objection. To exercise your rights, a message to info@hyperr.ch is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or with the competent supervisory authority.
